Why not treat yourself to a reflexology session?

This is an opportunity for you to enjoy one of my holistic therapies either in the comfort of your own home or you may wish to come to my house. I trained in Devon and I am ITEC qualified (1994).

What Is Reflexology?

It is believed that certain areas of your feet and hands are connected to other areas and organs of the body with a premise that such work can promote good health and general well being through working with the energetic pathways in and around your body.

Reflexology has a totally holistic approach. It not only helps in the process of alleviating the existing symptoms but it also works on treating the cause.

What Are The Benefits?

Some benefits from a reflexology session are;

  • Reduces stress and tension
  • Helps alleviate digestive problems
  • Alleviates sinus problems
  • Restores the body to an equilibrium

What Will The Session Entail?

Hand doing reflexology on a foot Before the session begins, you will receive a free consultation which generally takes about fifteen minutes. We will have a chat about how you feel and why you would like to receive a reflexology treatment. I will then ask you to complete a health questionnaire so that we can ascertain your individual requirements. This will be in the strictest of confidence and any unwanted information will be automatically shredded.

I will then ask you to make yourself comfortable in a reclining chair.

What Garments Will I Need To Take Off?

All that is required is that you remove your shoes and socks.

What Preparations Do I Need To Do Prior To My Visit?

  • It is a good idea to not eat a big meal a good hour before the session as this may give you indigestion.
  • Try to drink plenty of water before the session to start the process of flushing out toxins from the body.

Rates

A one hour session will cost £25.

Travel is included (within a five mile radius of Thorverton, Devon). If I visit you then I charge an additional 40 pence a mile outside the radius.

Vouchers

Vouchers are available to give to friends or family. They make a wonderful birthday, `Thank you` or Christmas treat. Even as a special gift to someone who would like to know a little more about starting reflexology.

I will act with care, understanding and sensibility taking into consideration your health and well being throughout.

If you are not able to attend a session please give me as much notice as you possibly can. Unfortunately, if you cancel within 24 hours, you will be asked to pay half of your cost of the session.
