Amanda teaches very well, building to the different poses and the breathing step by step.
I have done Yoga on and off for 25 years, enjoying the different styles and what each teacher brings to it, so am not a complete novice, but feel Amanda’s classes are suitable for experienced or inexperienced students. Just bring a sense of play, openness and adventure. The work can be extremely powerful.
