About Dru Yoga
Dru originates from north India. The name derives from the Sanskrit word DRUVAM which means ‘immovable’ or ‘fixed’. Dru yogis often refer to their practice as leading them to a `point of inner stillness’ hence the translation, so Dru yoga is about creating a state of serenity and calmness within yourself.
Dru yoga also focusses on the energy flow within your body with the aim of releasing trapped and blocked energies which if left, may lead to imbalances or illness.
